Authorities have determined that Tristan T. Goodwin, 31, gave her son, Tyler, a deadly combination of Benadryl and Tylenol. When EMS arrived at Goodwin’s home, Tyler wasn’t breathing, and he was pronounced dead on arrival at a nearby hospital.
