A recent study released by the University of Montreal found that sex dreams make up about eight percent of all dreams for both men and women. However, for women, sexy dreaming is more likely to coincide with certain flux in hormones, according to Loewenberg. “In my research, I have found that sexual content in women’s dreams rises during ovulation,” she says.
