It makes a lot, so it’s perfect for serving to a large group or taking to a potluck. And it takes just a few ingredients, so it’s quick and easy to put together. Most importantly, it’s delicious, and kids and adults love it.
Chocolate Eclair Dessert
2 small packages instant vanilla pudding 3 cups milk 8 ounces whipped topping 1 (16-ounce) box graham crackers 1 (15-ounce) container chocolate frosting
Mix pudding and milk, then fold in whipped topping. Place one layer of graham crackers in a 9×13 pan. Spread half of pudding mixture on top of graham crackers. Top with another layer of graham crackers. Spread the remaining pudding mixture over graham crackers. Place a third layer of graham crackers over pudding. Microwave frosting for 30 seconds to 1 minute, then spread over graham crackers. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving. Image via jcarbaugh/Flickr
