The chamomile helps to relive puffiness and just the scent of it made me relax. I even made a cup for me to drink. I have to say, it really helped me chill out, de-stress from the day, and fall asleep fast…without waking up a zillion times like I usually do. Hmm…I could get used to this. You will need:
A large bowl or basin to fit your feet 4 chamomile tea bags 1/2 cup Epsom salt (great for achy, smelly, rough, and tired feet) 3 tablespoons of honey
