I took a picture of my back for an article about strapless bras and it bothered me for days. It’s no wonder, though, because back fat (or back rolls) are one of the things we’re taught to hate most about our bodies — even though just about everyone has back fat. All we have to do is look around us to see that a little extra chub has no bearing on our beauty.
